After the increase in MIG’s share capital, the stake of Marfin Popular Bank in the share capital and the voting rights of Marfin Investment Group dropped to 6.428% from 96.877%.
At the same time, Dubai Group Limited informed the Securities and Exchange Commission and the issuer that it acquired 75,283,582 shares of MIG, which correspond to 9.0704% of the share capital and the voting rights of the issuer. Dubai Group did not hold shares or voting rights of the issuer before.
