The profits of Muskita Aluminium Industries showed an increase of 13.4% in 2007. Specifically, its net profits attributable to shareholders stood at €10.7 million compared to €9.4 million in 2006, while the EPS rose by 13.3% to 12.92 cents compared to 11.40 cents in 2006.
According to the announcement, this improvement is attributable to the fact that sales surged 9.1% to €64.7 million. The increase in the Group’s turnover is linked to the increased exports to Europe and the increased sales in the domestic market.
The results were also affected positively by the higher net finance cost and the amortization of goodwill of €555.3 thousand.
