Louis announced on Thursday the withdrawal of Mr. Stelios Koiliaris from the Board of Directors of the company. His duties have been undertaken by the Executive Chairman, Costakis Loizou.
According to the announcement, “the contract of employment of Mr. Stelios Koiliaris with the subsidiary Louis Ship Management Ltd expired on June 30, 2009”.
