Sharelink decided to introduce in February a special Fund in the form of one or two trusts, which will cover the customers’ losses from the illegal actions of Mr. Giorgos Falekos.
According to the announcement, “Three months after its introduction, the Fund will serve all those who were treated by Mr. Giorgos Falekos and were possibly victims of his illegal behaviour. Therefore, each customer will receive a letter with the details of the plan.
An independent professional will be appointed as trustee, who will ensure whether the customers meet the requirements for the coverage. If they do, the Company will cover their losses the soonest possible and will put down the customers’ claims so that it can claim compensations by Mr. Falekos”.
