Travel agency Top Kinisis announced losses for 2015 due to the reduction in the share of profit and increased bad debt provisions, despite its turnover rising.
The group announced losses of €32,8 thousand compared with profit of €52,7 thousand in 2014.
The group’s turnover recorded a 4.5% increase for the year ended on 31 December, 2015 as it reached €26,4 mn from €25,3 mn in 2014.
Financing costs amounted to €163,9 thousand from €152,3 thousand in 2014.
As regards results for the rest of the year, the board of directors, considering the course of the group’s operations to date, thinks that the group’s prospects for 2016 are positive but will depend on the broader course of tourism and the financial crisis.
The BoD and the management of the group are closely monitoring the situation and take all necessary measures to limit impact on the group’s results, according to the announcement.
