The major issues in today’s financial press are the Annual General Meetings of Bank of Cyprus and Marfin Popular Bank and the increase in the price of several first aid goods and food.

According to the report, BOCY’s AGM will take place on May 14, while that of MPB a day later. The Managements of the two banks will refer to the developments in 2007 and their main targets for 2008.
