President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades departs Wednesday morning for Brussels, to attend the Special European Council (Article 50), which will take place in the afternoon of the same day.
According to an announcement by the Presidency of the Republic, European leaders will discuss at the Summit the latest developments regarding Brexit. President Anastasiades will be accompanied in the Belgian capital by Government Spokesman Prodromos Prodromou.
The President returns to Cyprus on Thursday.
