President Anastasiades in Brussels for Extraordinary European Council

President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades will be departing for Brussels on Tuesday to participate in the Extraordinary European Council, to be held on the same day.
 
The Council will be in the form of a working dinner of the heads of state and government of the EU member states, and will focus on issues concerning EU institutions and the election of senior officers of EU institutions.
 
President Anastasiades, who returns to Cyprus on May 29, will be accompanied in Brussels by Government Spokesman Prodromos Prodromou.
