The Cyprus Police reported 11 citizens and 15 premises` owners for violations of COVID-19 measures in a total of 1.019 checks island-wide the last 24 hours.
A press officer from the Cyprus Police told the CNA that in Nicosia the Police made 409 checks and reported 6 citizens and 3 premises` owners while in Limassol the checks were 132 and 2 citizens were reported and 3 premises` owners.
The Police carried out 207 checks in Larnaka and reported 2 citizens and 2 premises` owners and in Paphos the checks were 147. The Police reported 7 premises` owners.
In Famagusta the Police carried out 66 checks and made zero reports while in Morphou the checks were 58 and 1 citizen was reported.
The Marine Police conducted 56 checks and made zero reports.
