Cyprus police report 80 individuals and one establishment owner for Covid-19 measures violations

Cyprus police have reported 80 individuals and the owner of one establishment for Covid-19 measures violations in the last 24 hours.

According to the police press office in the last 24 hours until 0600 hours local time a total of 5,578 checks were carried out across Cyprus.

In Nicosia district out of 2,070 checks 34 individuals were reported, in Limassol district out of 964 checks 21 citizens were reported while in Larnaca 10 fines were issued out of 757 checks.

In Pafos district police carried out 883 checks and reported 10 individuals and the owner of one establishment, in Famagusta district out of 663 checks 5 people were reported while in the area of Morphou no one was reported out of 256 checks carried out.

Port police also carried out 15 checks without reporting anyone.
