House President stresses the important of the Olympic spirit

House President, Demetris Christofias said on Thursday that the Olympic spirit and peace are very important for Cyprus, the CNA reported.

Speaking from Athens where he will attend the opening ceremony on Friday, Mr. Christofias said that he was touched by the homecoming of the Olympic Games.
