The CSE in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of Advantage Capital and Leda from the CSE. According to an announcement, the decision was taken in view of the fact that the Company has violated its obligations deriving from the Laws and the Regulatory Decisions of the CSE 326/2009 (as amended) and, therefore, there are no longer requirements of proper operation of the stock markets on the Company’s securities.
As a result, the trading of their securities will be suspended, pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law, from November 15, 2010 to November 18, 2010 (included), that is, until the clearing of all transactions.
It is noted that the securities will be delisted from the OASIS trading system on Friday, November 19, 2010.
