Amathus proceeded today with the purchase of 100 debenture bonds of its remaining 8.455 debenture bonds of nominal value €1.000 each.
According to the announcement, the purchase of the debenture bonds was made in accordance with paragraph 6.10 of the Prospectus published in 2010, by a private agreement between Amathus Public Limited and the Administrative Committee of the Provident Fund for the Employees of Intership Navigation Company Limited.
The amount paid for purchasing the said debenture bonds is €97.143.
It is noted that there are more 8.355 debenture bonds of Amathus Public Limited which will mature on 30 November 2015.
The losses of Amathus fell in 2013 to €1.1 million against losses of €1.3 million in 2012.
In the first half of the year, the loss from ongoing activities declined to €1.7 million against loss of €2.8 million last year.
