Cyprus Airways can undertake the activities of Eurocypria Airlines, the company announced on Monday.
According to the relevant announcement, “at the meeting held on September 10, 2010, the Board of Directors examined the information on the possible undertaking of the activities of Eurocypria Airlines Ltd”.
“At first sight it emerged that the Company can undertake the activities of Eurocypria conditionally. The conditions will be agreed between the two parties and the government, as the sole owner of Eurocypria”, it concluded.
