Bank of Cyprus announced on Thursday the resignation of a second Board member from the outgoing Board of Directors of the bank.
According to the announcement, Mr. Xanthos Vrachas submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Bank with effect from the date of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank, to be held on 20th of November 2014.
It is noted that Mr. Constantinos Katsaros also submitted his resignation from the Board on October 13.
