The participation of Wargaming Public in the share capital of Hellenic Bank fell to 24.80%, as announced by the CSE.
Previously, Wargaming held 26.21% of the share capital of HB but there was a dilution due to the issue of new shares to EBRD.
The Hellenic Bank announced yesterday that it has issued 10,666,666 ordinary shares of nominal value €0,50 each to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to acquire a 5.38% stake in the Bank. The issue price is €1,875 per share.
As a result EBRD has acquired a 5.38% stake in the share capital of the Hellenic Bank.
