Banks concentrated 20% of today’s volume, with the Bank of Cyprus closing to a 3-year low, at £1.28, with 11.2% of the volume and minor losses of 0.8%.

The Popular Bank – unlike BOC – climbed to 0.9% and closed to £1.11 with 7% of the volume. The Hellenic Bank with the volume of 1.4% and significant profits 1.4% reached 72 cents.

BOC’s warrants fell 3.1% and closed at 22.1 cent with 2.5% of the turnover.

CSE’s Board of Directors - after SEC’s recommendation – has decided to take disciplinary action against A.L Prochoice Securities Ltd. As far as member’s permit is concerned, CSE’s Board of Directors has decided “that the member should offer explanations” about net positions in client accounts.
