Economic contraction in 2020 reached 6.5%

Economic contraction in 2020 reached 6.5%, according to revised data published Monday by the Statistical Service of Cyprus.

It says that GDP at current prices for the year 2020 has been revised due to revised data of public finance and balance of payments and is estimated at €20,847.7 mn.

The annual change at current prices is estimated at -6.5%.
