President: We support green growth in practice

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades has said that the government supports green growth in practice.

In a tweet to mark the World Environment Day President Anastasiades assured the government`s care for the environment is "daily, persistent and continuous."

"We support green growth in practice with the #Thalia programme and the new programme #Cyprus_the_ tomorrow," he wrote.
