House President wraps up his visit to Bulgaria

The delegation of the House of Representatives headed by its President Demetris Syllouris is today wrapping up its official visit to Sofia at the invitation of the President of the National Assembly of Bulgaria Tsveta Karayancheva.

The Cypriot delegation comprising MPs Costas Constantinou, Stephanos Stephanou and Panicos Leonidou, had yesterday successive meetings with the Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, President Rumen Radevay an Tsveta Karayancheva.
 
This morning, House President and the Cypriot MPs who are accompanying him will visit the Sofia Municipality where they will meet with the Chairperson of the Municipal Council of Sofia Elen Gerdjikov and the Deputy Mayor for Finance of Sofia Municipality Dontcho Petrov Barbalov.

Afterwards, the delegation will meet with the Patriarch of Bulgaria and Metropolitan bishop of Sofia Neophyte.

The members of the delegation will then go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where they will meet with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Emilia Kraleva.

The delegation, with the exception of Syllouris, will depart at 16.30 pm for Sofia Airport, from where it will depart at 18.35 for Cyprus via Vienna.

Delegation arrives at Larnaca Airport at 00.40 on Thursday.

Syllouris will visit the National History Museum in the afternoon and then he will meet with Cypriot businessmen.

In the evening he will attend a dinner hosted by the Cyprus Ambassador to Sofia in the presence of the Greek Ambassador to Bulgaria

House President will depart from Sofia at 10.20 pm for Athens where he will arrive at 23.35.
