The banking system, the pensions, COLA and the corporate tax are among the issues to be tabled between troika and Finance Minister, Cassos Shiarly and CB Governor, Panicos Demetriades. The meeting is also attended by Deputy Minister to the President, Titos Christofides.
The meeting is in progress since 12.00 noon. At 2.00 pm troika will continue its contacts with the Civil Consultation Committee.
The committee is also composed of the Ministers of Commerce and Labour, Neoclis Silikiotis and Sotiroula Charalambous respectively and Government Spokesman, Stephanos Stephanou.
In the morning, troika met with the former Central Bank Governor Christodoulos Christodoulou, while earlier it met with the members and the Management of Cyprus Popular Bank.
