Sheikh interested in investing in Cyprus

Sheikh Fuad al Ghanim, a major investor representing a multinational company based in Kuwait, expressed his interest in investing in many sectors of the Cyprus economy, including aviation, telecommunications, ports and the energy sector.

As leaked from the presidential palace, the Sheikh expressed his interest in investing at a meeting with the President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades.

The meeting was attended by Energy Minister, Giorgos Lakkotrypis.

The company of Fuad al Ghanim is mainly engaged in construction, electricity, oil and natural gas, communications, airlines and international trade, through subsidiaries in the USA, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.
