At the Annual General Meeting of the Bank of Cyprus held on Wednesday, Mr. Vasilis Rologis was elected Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors after the resignation of Mr. Solon Triantafyllides.
As the CNA reports, Mr. Triantafyllides served as Chairman for the past 17 years and he did not put himself forward for reelection due to health problems.
