The flights to and from the Larnaca Airport are subject to delays today due to a failure of the air traffic control radar in Greece.
According to CyBC, CAIR spokesman, Kyriakos Kyriakou, the estimated time of delay for all flights was of up to ten hours.
“The scheduled flights of CAIR are 17. Their estimated delay was of up to 10 hours. According to new arrangements, the estimated time of delay is now 3-5 hours”, he said.
“People are waiting in the airport since the flights scheduled for the morning will be executed in the afternoon. We monitor the situation”, he concluded.
