CAIR: 140 chartered flights

Cyprus Airways are working hard to respond to the summer schedule, which has been enriched with 140 more chartered flights to fascinating destinations of Greece and other beautiful European cities.

According to the relevant announcement, the passengers’ interest in the new destinations is strong and the tour operators are optimistic that the schedule will be successful.

The flights will be launched on July 5 - with Kavala being the first destination - and will be completed in late August. The most popular new destinations so far are Skiathos (20 flights) and Kavala (17 flights). Other destinations are Samos (8), Chania (8), Alexandroupolis (8), Santorini (8), Mytilini (7), Rhodes (8), Zakynthos (7) and Kefallonia (7). There will be also chartered flights to Barcelona (12), Venice (4), Prague (8), Milan (8), Rome (4) and Paris (9).

The flights are executed on the basis of an agreement between Cyprus Airways and tour operators of Cyprus. They will carry 25 thousand passengers, who are definitely going to have pleasant summer holidays.

Meanwhile, as it has already been announced, Cyprus Airways will launch flights to Tehran and Erbil of Northern Iraq from July.
