Hellenic Bank announced that it has issued 10.666.666 new ordinary shares of nominal value €0,50 each that have been allotted to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
As a result, EBRD holds a 5,38% stake in Hellenic bank.
The issue price is €1,875 per share.
According to the announcement, HB will submit an application to the competent authorities for the listing of the new shares on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The listing date will be announced as soon as the required approvals have been obtained.
