Resignation of USB CEO

Kyriakos Kyriakides handed in his resignation from his position as CEO of USB Bank. According to an announcement released today, the Board of Directors accepted his resignation with effect from 1/7/2010. His duties were undertaken by Mr. Andreas Theodorides, Chief Finance Director and Executive Board member.

In 2009, USB generated profits of €382 thousand against €573.4 thousand in 2008.
