EU Commissioner Kyriakides in Cyprus for a series of meetings

Stella Kyriakides, Commissioner for Health and Food Safety, is in Cyprus for a series of meetings on Friday.

Kyriakides will hold her first meetings with the newly appointed President Nikos Christodoulides and members of his cabinet.

She will meet Minister of Agriculture Rural Development and the Environment, Petros Xenofontos at 0900 local time. The two will make statements to the press after the meeting at the Ministry.

At 1000 she will be received by President Christodoulides at the Presidential Palace.

At midday, she will also meet Health Minister Popi Kanari.
