The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the end of the suspension of trading of the titles of L.P. Transbeton Public Ltd, as the total period for the suspension of trading granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission by virtue of the powers vested in it by Article 127(2) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Laws of 2007 to 2016 has elapsed. It is reminded that the Council of the Stock Exchange has already decided to delist the company's titles from the CSE and the Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to approve the decision.
The Stock Exchange announces that the company's titles will trade only for one working day, on Tuesday 1 November 2016, and will subsequentely be suspended again on Wednesday, 2 November 2016, since the company continues not to comply with its obligations concerning the non submission of a number of financial statements. The decision to suspend the trading again was taken in accordance with Article 183 of the Securities and Stock Exchange Law, in order to protect investors.
