With the current announcement, G Entertainment Group Plc (the “Company”) would like to inform the investing public pursuant to its announcement dated 2 March 2017 that the Board of Directors of the Company decided to invest a further £200.000 (€229,692) in GL (42ND ST) LTD which produces and presents a live stage production of the musical “42nd Street” by Michael Stewart Mark Bramble, Harry Warren and Al Dubin) (the “Production”). The Company has already subscribed £500.000 on 9th September 2016 and £600.000 on 2nd March in the Production, in total £1.100.000 i.e. 18,33% and with the current investment, the Company’s participation will be increased to £1.300.000 i.e. 21,67%. The terms of the current investment will be the same as those described in the Admission Document of the Company dated 13th December 2016.
