At the meeting held on April 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015. The results are attached.
2. The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 10, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Company's Head Office in Nicosia.
