TOXOTIS INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LTD announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 to:
1. Examine and approve the Annual Financial Report, which includes the final audited financial statements of the Company and the final audited consolidated financial statements of the Group, for the financial year 2014.
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, within the framework of which the Annual Financial Report for 2014 will be examined.
3. Examine and approve the Interim Management Statement of the Group, which is prepared and published in the first half of 2015, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Laws 2007 to 2013.
