1993 Share Warrants
We refer to our letter dated October 13, 1999, with which we were asking that the trading of the 1993 share warrant stop on November 1, 1999, instead of November 9, 1999, and we inform you that we no longer wish to proceed with that change for the following reasons:
1 We believe that with the new procedure that we are implementing for the solution of the problematic titles, we will soon solve the problem.
2 Since the issue has not been discussed at the meeting of the CSE Board of Directors last week and will be discussed tomorrow, there will not be enough time to send out a reminder to the warrant holders.
