Board Member

Marios Ellinas was born in Famagusta in 1965. He is married and has two children. He studied hotel management in Switzerland at “Les Roches” Hotel Management School, from where he obtained a diploma in Hotel Management in 1988. As part of his training, he worked in various hotels in Switzerland and thereafter in Brussels. He returned to Cyprus in 1990 and began his career with Cyprus Hotels in Pafos. He then served in various managerial positions in the hotel industry, including Capobay, Nissi Hotels, Louis Hotels and Aqua Sol. In April 2016, he was appointed General Manager at Golden Bay hotel in Larnaca and in October 2020 General Manager of Lordos Hotels (Holdings) Public Ltd Grouop. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Association of Hotel Managers and a member of the Management Committee of the Hotel Industry Employees Provident Fund.
