Thoma Neoklis
Biography
Mr Neocles Thoma was born in 1943. Mr Thoma is a self-made businessman with a distinguished position in the insurance field in Cyprus. He is the Managing Director of “Neocles N. Thoma Ltd”, which he manages successfully for over 30 years. In 1982, together with other businessmen, he founded the first public insurance company in Cyprus, “Filiki Asfalistiki”.
