Economides Ioannis
Biography
He was born in 1971. He is a graduate of the Keele University in the field of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science. He has also an MBA from the same University.
He worked for four years at IBM Cyprus as a Technical Consultant on Software Programmes and for another a year at Gateway International as Sales Consultant on Computing Solutions.
Since June 2000 he has been working at Blue Island Plc, in various departments. In 2001 he was elected member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Board of Blue Fisheries Ltd, a subsidiary company that deals with the production of fry. In 2006 he was elected member of the Board of Directors of Blue Island Plc and Secretary of the Board. Today he is the Executive Director in the sector of fry breeding & production of Blue Island Plc. He is also member of the Executive Board of the company.
Ηe was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors of Nicosia Co-Operative Bank from February 2014 up until June 2016.
