Board Member

Mr. Giorgos Papaioannou was born in Nicosia on 4/10/1962. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens and he excelled at the examinations for his entry in the profession. From 1990 to 2002 he served the Legal Service of the Republic as legal advisor, dealing with administrative and penal law issues. He took part in legal conferences and was a member of the Committee of the Council of Europe for the elimination of corruption. In 2002 he resigned from his post in the Legal Service and since then he has his own law office in Nicosia. He is keen on sports and interested in music. He is married and has two children.
