Board Member

He was born in 1936 and got his diploma in Agriculture from the University of Thessalonica in 1959 and an MSc and PhD from the North Carolina State University. In 1959-1962 he taught Geography in the Morphou High school and from 1963-1976 he worked at the Institute of Research of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He was also the General Manager in the Ministries of Transportation, Health, Commerce and Industry and Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment. Since 1997 onwards he is working as a Counsellor. He was a member of the Board of Directors of World Maritime University and of Development Bank. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the public company KEO Ltd. He was the President of several other organisations; he published many articles in international science publications and represented Cyprus in many international conferences on issues of Agriculture, Commerce and Transport.
