Board Member

Mrs. Georgiou is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a holder of the Institute’s Corporate Finance Qualification. She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. She specialises in banking and finance. She was CEO of the Group of the Cyprus Development Bank and served as Executive and non Executive member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Development Bank Public Company Ltd and its subsidiaries, as well as other companies. Throughout her career in the Cyprus Development Bank she held the senior managerial positions of Chief Financial Officer, General Director of Cash Management, General Director of Banking Operations and Deputy CEO. She is currently a non-executive member of the board of a company acting as the holding company of companies operating in the sector of hydrocarbons.
