Mouskis Giorgos
Biography
He is the founder of the company Muskita Aluminium Industries Limited. He was born in 1963 in Nicosia. Mr. Giorgos Mouskis is considered to be the pioneer of the field, since he was the first to realise the importance and demand that aluminium would find in the future by the consumer.
In 1959 he began his study and design on aluminium systems, while since 1960, in cooperation with companies from Belgium, Germany, Italy and Greece, he started the production and promotion of aluminium systems under the name GM (George Mouskis) in the Cyprus and Greek market.
From 1960 until 1972, he took part and attended several European conferences about the technological development of the anodising methods and aluminium applications.
In 1974 he became a member of the European Association of Aluminium Anodises, DHOA. He is also a member of the Greek Aluminium Association and for a series of years he has been a member of Limassol’s Commercial and Industrial Chamber. He is also one of the founding members of the “AMATHOUSIA” Rotary Club.
