After finishing his studies at North Western Polytechnic (London), in Business Studies & Marketing, he worked at Lordos Plastics Limited in Famagusta as Manager and at the position of Production and Purchase Manager. In 1976 he became a member of the Board of Directors of Lordos Plastics Ltd with duties the Management of the Purchase and Investment departments of the Group. He was town counselor of Limassol for 10 years. He is the President of the Famagusta Shooting Organization, founding member and General Secretary of the Shooting Association, member of the Executive Council of the Cyprus Olympic Committee and a member of the International Shooting Association (ISSF). He has much recognition in shooting athletics with the peal being the Bronze Medal at the Great Britain Grand Prix in 1991 with a New PanCyprian Record. He was Cyprus Champion and Best Shooter of the year, many times. He was the only athlete in the history of Cyprus’ shooting sports who managed to win both the PanCyprian Games as well as the Cyprus Championship in all three sports of shooting. He was an athlete at the Olympic Games of Atlanta.
