Mr. Athos Ioannides was born at Paphos in 1961. After he finished his Secondary Education he went to Greece where he worked at several businesses from 1980 to 1989. Later he returned to Cyprus and crated his own firm. He is a Certified Diamond Grader from the HRD Institute of Gemmology. In 1998 he became a member of the International Bourse of Diamonds. He attended several seminars overseas concerning jewellery and especially about the elaboration and certification of the quality of the diamond. He collects valuable rocks and he is one of the founding members of the Paphos Cinema Club.
