He was born in 1964. He is married and the father of three children. From 1989 until 1992 he was Head of the Department of Transport and a member of the Board of Directors of the company E. Panayi & Sons Ltd. With the founding of L.P. Transbeton Ltd in 1992 he continues to be Head of the Department of Transport and a member of the Board of Directors. In 1998 he became Production Manager.
