He studied in Australia and has BE (Hons) in Chemical Engineering, PhD in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration (MBA) and Financial studies (Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments). He is a member of the Australian Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers (APESMA), the Australian Securities Institute (SIA) and the Australian Technical Analysts Association (TAA). His professional carrier began in financials when he worked for two years as public companies’ analyser at the Australian Stock Exchange with the firm Credit Swiss First Boston. Later on he worked for two years as researcher and lector at the Melbourne University (Department of Chemical Engineering). In October 1996 he started working at Sharelink Securities Ltd as Research and Analysis Manager.
