At the meeting held on May 6, 2004, the Board of Directors approved the three-month results for 2004. The results are not audited by the Company’s auditors.
The results, which have showed a significant improvement compared to the corresponding results of 2003, reflect the progress and dynamics of the Group and fall within the framework of the estimates of the Board of Directors on the announcement of the final results for 2003.
The Report will not be posted to the shareholders but the profit and loss account together with the explanatory report will be published in newspapers “Alithia” and “Politis” on 08/05/2004.
