Cisco Systems and Logicom have signed an agreement according to which, Logicom will be the Official Distributor of Cisco in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Yemen. Logicom as an official distributor will have more binding ties with Cisco. Logicom is the distributor of Cisco systems since 1998 and has gained a strong reputation from its customers’ policy.
Logicom will be responsible for the relations with the resellers of net and telecommunications systems, including the administrative care, the adequacy of the trading stock and the credit agreements. In the area of the Arab Gulf, Logicom will be actively involved in the development of the resellers net and will offer technical support during the promotion of sales. Logicom will initially serve the expansion of its operations from its Head Office in Dubai and its Support Office in Kuwait. The new activity will commence in April with an executive staff specialized in Cisco products.
The new cooperation agreement is expected to increase the Company’s turnover in the distribution of net and telecommunication systems and to boost its profitability.
