On the convention held 21/02/2003, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Alexandros Diogenous as a new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Diogenous was born in 1971 and he holds an M.A Engineering and Management degree at Cambridge University and an M.Sc Finance degree at the London Business School. He has worked as an analyst on consulting services in issues of Corporate Finance and mergers and acquisitions. Since 1999 he has been appointed as an Executive Director at Tseriotis Group, responsible for the strategic development of the Group and since 2002 he is the General Manager at Unicars Limited. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of other companies, as well as Board member of OEB.
