The CSE Council announces that, based on provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the listing of 1,065,000 ordinary shares of Logicom Ltd, which were offered to the trustees according to the provisions of the employment contract of nine managers of the Company.
Note that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company, which will reach 61,695,000 shares of nominal value CYP 0.20 each.
Investors who wish to enter trading should submit their applications as from January 21, 2003.
Trading of the new shares will commence on Friday, January 24, 2003.
