The CSE Council announces that, based on provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the listing of 230,000 shares of Logicom Ltd, which 100.000 shares were allotted to CLR Investment Fund Ltd in exchange to the acquisition of 100% of DAP Noesis Business Solutions Ltd share capital, while 130,000 shares were allotted to nine administrative officials of Logicom Ltd according to the provisions of their contracts.
Please note that the above shares will be incorporated in company’s already listed share capital that will rise to 60,630,000 shares of nominal value CYP 0,20 each. Investors who wish to enter trading should submit their application from November 25, 2002. Trading will commence on Thursday, November 28, 2002.
