It is announced that according to estimates of Company’s activities, it is expected that the financial results for the year ending December 31, 2002 are to be improved compared to the results of 2001.

It is reminded that Logicom had issued a similar announcement for both the preliminary results of 2001 and the six-month results of 2002.
